SBAR沟通模式对产妇满意率的影响研究

Study on the Influence of SBAR Communication Mode on Maternal Satisfaction Rate

目的探讨"现状-背景-评估-建议"(SBAR)沟通模式在产妇中的护理效果及对满意率的影响。方法选择2017年5月-2018年3月治疗的产妇82例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组联合SBAR沟通模式护理,比较两组心理波动及护理满意度。结果观察组护理后强迫、抑郁、敌对及焦虑评分,低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组护理后沟通方法、沟通技巧、沟通态度、沟通效果及整体护理质量满意度,均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论将SBAR沟通模式用于产妇中能降低产妇心理波动,能提高产妇生活质量及护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of SBAR communication mode on nursing care and satisfaction rate of parturients. Methods 82 parturients who were treated from May 2017 to March 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=41) and observation group(n=41). The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given SBAR communication mode nursing. The psychological fluctuation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of obsession, depression, hostility and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing(P < 0.05);The scores of communication methods,communication skills, communication attitudes, communication effects and overall nursing quality satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of SBAR communication mode in parturients can reduce the psychological fluctuation of parturients, improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of parturients, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
