乙肝产妇在母乳喂养过程中的心理分析及对策

Psychological Analysis and Countermeasures of Hepatitis B Women During Breastfeeding

目的探讨乙肝产妇在母乳喂养过程中的心理状况并提出有效对策。方法将我院在2017年12月-2018年12月收治的45例乙肝产妇作为观察组,并选择同期在我院分娩的45例健康产妇作为对照组,观察对比两组产妇的心理状态评分以及观察组产妇经针对性护理干预后的心理变化。结果担心母乳喂养是否安全是乙肝产妇最焦虑的问题。护理前乙肝产妇的SAS评分明显高于健康产妇,护理后两组产妇的SAS评分对比差异不明显。结论乙肝产妇担心疾病会传染给孩子等原因致使焦虑程度严重,临床应针对影响产妇心理状况的因素制定护理干预,帮助产妇缓解焦虑情绪,促进乙肝产妇身心健康的恢复。

Objective To explore the psychological status of hepatitis B women during breastfeeding and to propose effective countermeasures.Methods Forty-five patients with hepatitis B who were admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled as the observation group, and 45 healthy women who were delivered in our hospital were selected as the control group. And the psychological changes in the observation group after the targeted nursing intervention. Results Worrying about the safety of breastfeeding was the most anxious problem for hepatitis B women. The SAS scores of women with hepatitis B before treatment were significantly higher than those of healthy women. The difference in SAS scores between the two groups after nursing was not significant. Conclusion Hepatitis B women worry that the disease will be transmitted to children and other reasons lead to serious anxiety. Clinically,nursing intervention should be formulated to influence the psychological status of the mother, help the mother to relieve anxiety and promote the recovery of maternal and child health.
