加速康复外科在直肠癌微创手术围术期的应用

Application of Fast-track Surgery in the Patients With Minimally Invasive Surgery for Rectal Cancer During the Perioperative Period

目的探究与观察加速康复外科在直肠癌微创手术围术期中的应用效果。方法将2017年9月-2019年1月期间的90例直肠癌微创手术患者依据随机分配的原则分为对照组(常规干预组)45例和观察组(加速康复外科组)45例。比较两组术后恢复情况(肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、进半流质饮食时间、术后住院时间)、并发症发生率、不同时间的疼痛程度及生存质量评分。结果观察组术后恢复情况优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,干预后的疼痛程度及生存质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论加速康复外科在直肠癌微创手术围术期中的应用效果较好,对促进患者术后康复及改善生存质量均有积极的临床作用。

Objective To investigate and observe the application effect of fast-track surgery in the patients with minimally invasive surgery for rectal cancer during the perioperative period. Methods 90 patients with minimally invasive surgery for rectal cancer from September 2017 to January 2019 were divided into control group(routine intervention group)45 cases and observation group(fast-track surgery group)45 cases by the principle of random distribution. Then the postoperative recovery(recovery time of bowel sounds, exhaust time, semi-liquid diet time and hospital stay),complications rates, pain score and quality of life score at different time of two groups were compared. Results The postoperative recovery situation of observation group were better than those of control group, the complications rate was lower than that of control group, the pain score and quality of life score after the intervention were better than those of control group,the differences of two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application effect of fast-track surgery in the patients with minimally invasive surgery for rectal cancer during the perioperative period is better, and it has active clinical role for the promotion of postoperative rehabilitation and improvement of life quality.
