急诊输液护理过程中的问题和对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Emergency Infusion Nursing

目的探讨急诊输液护理过程中的问题和对策。方法选择2018年1月-2019年1月我院160例急诊输液患者,根据不同护理方案分为两组,对照组:实施常规的护理服务;研究组:实施预见性护理服务。结果两组患者在纠纷发生率方面进行比较,研究组10.0%低于对照组的17.5%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者在患者护理满意率方面进行比较,研究组100.0%高于对照组85.0%,存在一定差异性,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论优化急诊输液护理过程中弊端,实施科学、合理化护理服务临床价值高,既可降低护患纠纷情况,还可获得其认可与满意,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the problems and countermeasures in emergency infusion nursing. Methods 160 patients with emergency infusion were selected from January 2018 to January 2019. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment plans. The control group: the implementation of routine nursing services;Study group:implementing predictive care services. Results The difference between the two groups was statistically significant in the nursing dispute rate(P <0.05). The two groups of patients compared the satisfaction rate of patient care: The study group was 100.0% higher than the control group 85.0%, there was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Optimizing the malpractices in emergency infusion nursing, implementing scientific and rational nursing services with high clinical value, can reduce the situation of nursing disputes, and can also obtain its recognition and satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
