摘要
目的探讨眼科小儿门诊护理管理工作中采用人性化护理服务的护理效果。方法选择2017年10-11月我院眼科门诊中患儿6 200例,遵照双盲法分组标准分为实验组(3 200例)、对照组(3 000例),分别采取人性化护理服务与常规护理,对比两组护理满意度、心理状态和护理质量。结果实验组护理满意率为99.63%,与对照组的94.20%相比优势明显;对照组护理质量评分低于实验组,心理状态评分高于实验组,存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论人性化护理服务应用于眼科门诊患儿的护理中具有可靠的效果,可提升护理质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of humanized nursing service in the nursing management of children outpatient department of ophthalmology. Methods 6 200 children from October to November 2017 were selected and divided into experimental group(3 200 cases) and control group(3 000 cases) according to the double blind method. Humanized nursing service and routine nursing were adopted respectively. The nursing satisfaction, psychological state and nursing quality of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing in the experimental group was 99.63%, which was obviously superior to 94.20% in the control group. The nursing quality score in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group, and the psychological state score was higher than that in the experimental group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing service in the nursing of children in ophthalmic clinic has a reliable effect and can improve the quality of nursing, which is worthy of promotion.
