精神科住院患者跌倒事件预防措施及其效果评估

Prevention Measures and Evaluation Effect for Fall Events in Psychiatric Hospitalized Patients

目的分析研究防跌倒护理管理对预防精神科住院患者跌倒事件发生的影响。方法将我院精神科2017年11月-2018年11月期间收治的124例住院患者依据随机数字表法均分为对照组和护理组,每组中各62例,比较两组患者跌倒事件发生率及护理满意度。结果对照组和护理组患者跌倒事件发生率分别为16.13%、3.23%,护理组明显低于对照组(P <0.05);且护理组患者护理满意度明显高于对对照组(P <0.05)。结论精神科住院患者采用防跌倒护理管理可以有效的减少跌倒事件发生,保障患者安全,提高护理质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To Analyze and study the effect of anti-fall nursing management on prevention of falls in psychiatric hospitalized patients.Methods 124 inpatients admitted to our department of psychiatry from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the nursing group according to the random number table method.Each group had 62 cases, and the incidence of falls and nursing satisfaction in the two groups was compared. Results The incidence of falls in the control group and the nursing group were 16.13% and 3.23%, respectively.The nursing group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of anti-fall nursing management in psychiatric hospitalized patients can effectively reduce the occurrence of falls, ensure patient safety, Improve the quality of care, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
