摘要
制备了不同质量浓度的氧化石墨烯/聚氨酯整理剂(GO/WPU)及石墨烯/聚氨酯整理剂(rGO/WPU),并分别对棉纱、涤棉纱进行涂层整理,观察纱线表面形态并测试纱线的断裂强力、断裂伸长率等指标,分析纱线拉伸性能变化趋势。结果表明,经两种不同石墨烯整理剂涂层整理后,纱线拉伸性能均有所提升,且随整理剂质量浓度的增加而增大;氧化石墨烯/聚氨酯整理剂处理后的纱线拉伸性能更优。
In order to investigate the relationship between graphene finishing agent and yarn tensile properties, different concentrations of graphene oxide/polyurethane finishing agent(GO/WPU) and graphene/ polyurethane finishing agent(rGO/WPU) are prepared. Cotton yarn and polyester/cotton yarn are coated with the prepared GO/WPU or rGO/WPU respectively. The yarn surface morphology is observed and the breaking strength and elongation at break are compared, and the trend of yarn tensile properties is analyzed. The results show that the tensile properties of the yarn treated with two different graphene finishing agents are improved, and are increased with the increase of finishing agent concentration. The tensile properties of the yarn treated with graphene oxide/polyurethane finishing agent are better.
