摘要
阿苯达唑是一种广谱、高效、低毒的苯并咪唑类驱虫药,主要用于驱除胃肠道线虫,对绦虫、吸虫也有良好的防治效果。对阿苯达唑的理化性质、作用机制、药物代谢动力学、毒性及剂型等方面的研究进行综述,为阿苯达唑新制剂的研究和开发提供参考。
Albendazole was a kind of benzimidazole anthelmintic,which had a broad spectrum,high efficiency and low toxicity.It was mainly used to eliminate gastrointestinal nematodes and had a good treatment to against tapeworms and trematodes.In this paper, the physical and chemical properties, mechanism of action, pharmacokinetics, toxicity and dosage form were reviewed in order to provide reference for the research and development of new preparation of Albendazole.
