甘肃不同产地珍珠透骨草中总黄酮含量测定研究

Content determination of total flavones in Herb Speranskiae Tuberculatae in different producing areas in Gansu Province

目的:建立甘肃不同产地珍珠透骨草中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,在波长510 nm处测定甘肃不同产地珍珠透骨草中总黄酮的含量。结果:甘肃不同产地珍珠透骨草中总黄酮含量在15.85～7.54 mg/g之间,平均加样回收率为98.05%。结论:甘肃不同产地珍珠透骨草中总黄酮含量存在一定差异,采用紫外分光光度法测定珍珠透骨草中总黄酮的方法操作简便,重复性好,准确可靠,可作为珍珠透骨草中总黄酮的测定方法。

Objective:To establish the method for content determination of total flavones in Herb Speranskiae tuberculatae in different producing areas in Gansu Province. Methods:The content of total flavonoids in Herb Speranskiae tuberculatae from different producing areas in Gansu was determined by UV spectrophotometry and rutin as reference substance at 510 nm.Results:The total flavonoids content in Herb Speranskiae Tuberculatae of different producing areas in Gansu was between 15.85 mg/g and 7.54 mg/g,and the average recovery rate was 98.05%. Conclusion:The content of total flavonoids in Herb Speranskiae Tuberculatae from Gansu was different. The method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry for determination of total flavonoids in pearl stalk was simple,reproducible,accurate and reliable. It could be used as the method for determination of total flavonoids in Herb Speranskiae Tuberculatae.
