Determination of Shenfukang mixture by HPLC

建立高效液相色谱法测定芦丁和落新妇苷,采用Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%醋酸溶液为流动相,双波长检测芦丁和落新妇苷,分别在14.9～299μg/mL和5.8～116μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为97.1%和98.3%。建立的色谱条件可同时测定2种指标成分,简便快捷。

To establish the determination method for content of Shenfukang mixture. The HPLC method was established for the determination of rutin and novobiocin. chromatographic column was Eclipse Plus C18,and methanol-0.1% acetic acid solution was used as the mobile phase. Dual wavelength was used to detect rutin and novobiocin. The linear relationships of rutin and novobiocin were good in the range of 14.9~299 g/mL and 5.8~116 g/mL,with the average recovery rates of 97.1% and 98.3%,respectively. The established chromatographic condition could control two components simultaneously,which was simple and quick.
