三味拳参口服液中苦参的薄层鉴别方法研究

Identification of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis in Sanweiquanshen oral liquid by thin layer chromatography

目的:对三味拳参口服液质量标准中氧化苦参碱的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法进行优化,为修订该质量标准提供依据。方法:薄层板为硅胶G薄层板,展开剂为三氯甲烷-甲醇-浓氨试液(6∶0.6∶0.3),显色剂为稀碘化铋钾试液。结果:在供试品的色谱图中,样品在与对照品色谱图相应的位置上显示相同的橙红色斑点。结论:该方法分离效果好,简便快捷,专属性强。

Objective:To optimize the indetification method of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis in Sanweiquanshen oral liquid by thin layer chromatography based on the quality standard. Method :The thin layer plate was silica gel G,the developing reagent was chloroform-methanol-concentrated ammonia solution(6:0.6:0.3),and the color developing reagent was dilute tetrapotassium heptaiodobismuthate solution. Result:In the chromatogram of the test sample,the sample showed the same orange-red spot at the position corresponding to the standard substances. Conclusion:This method was simple,fast and specific with good separation effect.
