摘要
分别以碳纳米管(CNT)、钛酸钾晶须(PTW)和聚酰亚胺纤维(PI)补强氟橡胶(FKM),探究了3种一维填料对氟橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,在常温或高温条件下,CNT对FKM的补强效果最优;随着用量的增大,硫化胶拉伸强度、撕裂强度、邵尔A硬度和热空气老化后的拉伸强度均增大,但压缩永久变形降低。PTW对FKM的补强效果不太理想,但PTW/FKM硫化胶压缩永久变形优异。PI对FKM的补强效果和PI/FKM硫化胶压缩永久变形均较差,但其胶料在小应变(50%以下)下的拉伸模量得到极大提高。
FKM was reinforced by using carbon nanotubes (CNTs), potassium titanate whiskers (PTW ) and polyimide fibers(PI),respectively. The effects of the three kinds of one-dimensional filler on properties of FKM were investigated. The results showed that CNT had an optimum reinforcing effect on FKM under normal temperature and high temperature. The tensile strength , the tear strength,the hardness and the tensile strength after hot air aging were all increased with the increase of fillers content,the compression set was decreased. PTW had not a good reinforcing effect on FKM , but the compression set of PTW/FKM was excellent. PI fiber had poor reinforcement on FKM and the compression set of PI/FKM was not good ,too , but the tensile modulus of FKM compound was greatly improved under 50% strain.
