摘要
考察了丙烯腈(ACN)含量对螺杆钻具定子用HNBR性能及其在不同标号柴油中高温老化性能的影响。结果表明,ACN含量升高可有效降低柴油对HNBR溶胀及力学性能的影响;柴油标号升高对HNBR溶胀及力学性能的影响较为明显;ACN质量分数为39%的HNBR老化后力学性能最高。
Effects of ACN content on properties of HNBR for stator of screw driller and the high temperature aging properties in different trademark diesel oil were investigated. The results showed that the effects of diesel oil on the swelling property and mechanical properties of HNBR were effectivly decreased by raising the content of ACN. The effects of raising the trademark of diesel oil on the swelling property and mechanical properties of HNBR were obvious. The aged mechanical properties of HNBR was optimum when ACN content was 39%.
