摘要
研究了锦纶6在车用制动软管中的应用,并与传统维纶编织制动软管进行了性能比较。结果表明,采用锦纶6作骨架材料制备的制动软管爆破性能提高了26%,抗冲击性能提高了15%,拔脱性能提高了54.7%。内胶/骨架层和外胶/骨架层老化后粘合性能分别提高了22.6%/63.6%和22%/96.9%。制动软管骨架层编织线股数增大,管体强度随之提高。
Application of 1400dtex/2 nylon 6 to brake hose was investigated, and it was compared with the vinylon brake hose. The results showed that the bursting property of the brake hose made with nylon 6 as the skeleton increased by 26 %, the impact resistance increased by 15 %, the pull-out performance increased by 54.7 %. The adhesive properties between inner/skeleton layer and cover rubber/ skeleton layer increased by 22. 6%/63. 6% and 22%/96. 9% after aging,respectively. The braided line number of skeleton layer of brake hose increased, the hose strength was increased accordingly.
