摘要
目的通过检测LncRNA H19在复发性流产组与正常妊娠流产组中的表达差异,探讨LncRNA与复发性流产的相关性;方法采用RT-PCR方法检测两组静脉血、胚胎组织中LncRNAH19的表达情况;结果复发性流产组中LncRNA的表达明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P小于0.0.5)。结论复发性流产组中LncRNA的表达明显升高,为该病的发病机制研究提供了新的思路,为其治疗提供了新的治疗靶点。
Objective:To investigate the long non-coding RNA by examining H19 expression levels in blood and decidual tissue.Methods:The mRNA of the long non-coding RNA expressions were detected by real-time fluorescencequantitativw PCR in blood and decidual tissue of recurrent abortion(43)and normal abortion.Results:The expression of LncRNA h19 in gestataion sac and decidual tissue of recurrent abortion was higher than that in normal blood and decidual tissue(P<0.05).Conclusion:LncRNA H19 expressions was higher in recurrent abortion,it may play an important role in recurrent abortion.
