摘要
以通用门式起重机金属结构为分析对象,通过ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL,将实物进行适当简化变成可建模进行有限元分析的参数化对象,快速实现对不同设计图纸或待安装设备实物与相关特种设备标准规范的符合性判断,并举例对一台通用门式起重机的求解结果进行了详细分析。
Taking Gantry crane metal structure as the object of the researchand and using the parametric design language APDL analyzed by ANSYS, the real is simplified into a model of the finite element analysis of the parameterized object, which can quickly make a compliance judgment between implement design drawings or equipment to be installed and standards.The pape also gives an example of analysis on the results of solving a common gantry crane.
