摘要
城市燃气管道的使用与民众的生活息息相关,一旦发生质量问题后果不堪设想,各级政府对现役埋地燃气管道的安装质量都十分重视。基于以上原因对城市埋地燃气管道安装工程进行抽查,抽查了20个工程,提出17类问题。抽取聚乙烯(PE)燃气管道及3PE管道进行实验室检验,发现2类缺陷。此次抽查为城市燃气管网的安全运行保驾护航,减少了安装过程中施工单位的操作误差,提高了施工及监理单位的安全认识。
The use of urban gas pipelines is closely related to the lives of the people, and the consequences of quality problems can be disastrous. Governments play great atention to the quality of buried gas pipeline installation, based on the above reasons , urban buried gas pipeline installation spot check has examined 20 buried gas pipeline installation projects, 17 kinds of questions are put forward. Two kinds of defects were found in laboratory test of extraction of PE gas pipeline and 3PE pipeline. This spot check for the safe operation of the urban gas pipe network escorts, reduces the operation error of the construction unit during the installation process, and raises the safety awareness of the construction and supervision unit.
