摘要
某化工生产装置中,合成工段合成气余热回收器E1801发生泄漏,进一步检查确认发现列管与管板连接角焊缝发生泄漏,且经射线检测确认角焊缝缺陷率达到80%。通过制定返厂维修,换热管在内的所有部件全部利旧,切开壳体与管板焊缝,废除现设备管头焊缝及管板内部段的换热管,在换热管缩短量小于或等于500mm的基础上,重新穿管焊接管头,并完成壳体与管板闭合焊缝的焊接,重新进行耐压和泄漏试验的方案,并按照方案实施,顺利完成了E1801的维修工作。
In a chemical production device,E1801 leakage occurred in the waste heat recovery device of synthetic gas in the synthetic section.Further inspection confirmed that leakage occurred in the fillet weld of the connection between the tube and the tube plate,and the defect rate of fillet weld reached 80% through X-ray detection.By making a return to factory maintenance,heat exchange tube,the all parts of the old,cut the shell and tube sheet welding,the abolition of the current equipment pipe head weld and tube plate of internal heat exchange tube,the heat exchange tube shorten the amount less than or equal to 500 mm,on the basis of pipe welding head to wear,and complete the closed shell and tube sheet welding seam,a new pressure and leak test plan,and carried out in accordance with the plan implementation,successfully completed the E1801 repairs.
