广东省某人造石英石板材厂职业卫生现状调查 被引量:2

Investigation of occupational hygienic status of an artificial quartz plate factory in Guangdong Province

摘要 目的了解广东省某人造石英石板材厂职业病危害情况,为人造石英石板材制造行业监督管理提供参考依据。方法于2018年2月,按照工程分析、查阅职业健康档案、检测可能危害职业健康造成职业病的有害因素及调查防护措施。结果矽尘14个检测点有13个超出国家职业接触限值标准,超出标准高达92.86%;苯乙烯26个检测点有16个超出国家标准,高达62.54%;8 h等效连续A计权声压级检测了21个点,有7个检测点都超出了国家对于职业接触限制的标准,而且超出标准高达33.33%;2016年职业健康检查中发现了1名疑似职业性尘肺病患者。结论广东省某人造石英石板材厂主要的危害因素为矽尘,其次为苯乙烯和噪声。 [Objective]To understand the occupational hazards of an artificial quartz plate factory in Guangdong Province,provide scientific basis for the supervision and management of artificial quartz plate manufacturing industry.[Methods]The engineering analysis,consulting occupational health records,detection of harmful factors that may endanger occupational health and induce occupational diseases,and investigation of protective measures were conducted in February 2018.[Results] 13 of the 14 silica dust detection points exceeded the national occupational exposure limit,which the exceeding standard rate reached 92.86%. 16 of 26 styrene detection points exceeded the national occupational exposure limit,which the exceeding standard rate reached 62.54%.Among 21 detection points,the 8 h equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level in seven detection points exceeded the national occupational exposure limit(33.33%). In the occupational health checkup in 2016,one case of suspected occupational pneumoconiosis was found.[Conclusion]The main occupational hazard factor of an artificial quartz plate factory in Guangdong Province is silica dust,followed by styrene and noise.
