农村订单定向医学生学校适应、时间管理倾向与专业承诺的关系研究

The study of relationship between school adjustment, time management disposition and professional commitment of the rural medical orientation undergraduate students

目的探讨农村订单定向医学生学校适应、专业承诺与时间管理倾向的现状及其关系。方法 2017年5月,用大学生学校适应量表、青少年时间管理倾向量表和大学生专业承诺量表,采用分层整群抽样的方法,对新乡医学院定向医学生进行调查。结果 3个量表得分均服从正态分布。定向医学生学校适应每个条目平均得分为3.29±0.40,整体呈较低水平;时间管理倾向每个条目平均得分为3.42±0.42,水平呈中等偏上水平;专业承诺每个条目平均得分为3.44±0.51,整体水平较高。定向医学生在学校适应、时间管理倾向和专业承诺总分得分上大三学生均显著高于大一、大二和大四学生(P<0.05)。定向医学生的时间管理倾向和专业承诺与学校适应都是正相关关系,时间管理倾向与专业承诺之间呈正相关关系,专业承诺解释了因变量学校适应的方差变异为21.92%。结论专业承诺是部分中介变量;定向医学生时间管理倾向是影响学校适应的重要因素,对学校适应有预测作用。

[Objective] To investigate the rural medical orientation undergraduate student’s professional commitment, time management disposition and school adjustment and the relationship between them.[Methods] Use the Chinese college students’ school adjustment scale, adolescence time management disposition Questionnaire and College students’ professional commitment scale in May 2017. Using stratrified cluster sample method, investigate the rural medical orientation undergraduate students of Xinxiang Medical University.[Results]Three scores were normally distribution. The average score for each items of school adjustment was3.29±0.40,in a lower level. The average score for time management disposition and professional commitment were 3.42 ±0.42 and3.44 ±0.51, in a medium level and higher level respectively. In the total scores of the three items mentioned above, junior students were significantly higher than freshmen, sophomores and seniors(P<0.05). Time management disposition and professio nal commitment of rural medical orientation undergraduate students were positively correlated with school adjustment. Time management disposition and professional commitment was positively related. the variance explained by variables of school adjustment was 21.92%.[Conclusion]Professional commitment is a part of the intermediary variables. The time management disposition of rural medical orientation undergraduate students is an important factor of school adjustment, which can also predict school adaptation.
