食管癌组织Ki-67与P63蛋白表达及临床意义 被引量:7

Expressions of Ki-67 and P63 in esophageal cancer and their clinical significances

摘要 目的探讨Ki-67和P63蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 120例食管癌患者,取其食管癌组织为食管癌组,取其癌旁正常食管黏膜组织为对照组,采用免疫组织化学方法检测2组Ki-67和P63蛋白阳性表达率,分析食管癌组Ki-67和P63蛋白阳性表达率与临床病理参数的关系。结果食管癌组Ki-67和P63蛋白阳性表达率(73.3%、84.2%)高于对照组(48.3%、28.3%)(P<0.05);食管癌组黏膜层浸润、肌层浸润、浆膜层浸润者Ki-67阳性表达率(61.7%、72.2%、89.2%)依次升高(P<0.05),有神经脉管侵袭者Ki-67和P63蛋白阳性表达率(85.7%、95.2%)高于无神经脉管侵袭者(66.7%、78.2%)(P<0.05),有淋巴转移者P63蛋白阳性表达率(92.2%)高于无淋巴转移者(78.3%)(P<0.05);食管癌组Ki-67阳性表达与P63阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.306,P<0.001)。结论 Ki-67和P63表达增高可能与食管癌的发生、发展有关,细胞增殖和凋亡功能变化在食管癌变过程中起一定作用。 Objective To study the expressions of Ki-67 and P63 in esophageal cancer and their clinical significances. Methods The esophageal cancer tissue(esophageal cancer group) and their normal adjacent esophageal mucosa(control group) from 120 patients with esophageal cancer were detected the positive rates of Ki-67 and P63 with immunohistochemical method. The relationships of the positive expression rates of Ki-67 and P63 with clinicopathological findings were analyzed in esophageal cancer group. Results The positive rates of Ki-67 and P63 were significantly higher in esophageal cancer group(73.3%, 84.2%) than those in control group(48.3%, 28.3%)(P<0.05), and higher in patients with invasion of nerve vessels(85.7%, 95.2%) than those in patients without perineural invasion(66.7%, 78.2%)(P<0.05). The positive rate of Ki-67 was elevated gradually in patients with mucosal infiltration, myometrial infiltration and serosa infiltration in turn(61.7%, 72.2%, 89.2%)(P<0.05). The positive rate of P63 was significantly higher in patients with lymph node metastasis(92.2%) than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(78.3%)(P<0.05). The positive expression of Ki-67 was positively correlated with the positive expression of P63 in esophageal cancer group(r=0.306, P<0.001). Conclusion The high expressions of Ki-67 and P63 might be involved in the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer, and cell proliferation and apoptosis play roles in the process of esophageal cancer.
