摘要 长链非编码RNA-p21在食管癌、肝细胞癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、非小细胞肺癌、肾细胞癌、前列腺癌、皮肤癌、弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤等恶性肿瘤中呈特异性表达,且参与肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移和凋亡过程,有望成为新的肿瘤标志物和肿瘤临床治疗的新靶点,可用于肿瘤早期诊断、治疗及监测预后。本文就长链非编码RNA-p21在诊断与治疗相关恶性肿瘤中作用的研究进展作一综述。 Long intergenic non-coding RNA-p21(lincRNA-p21) is specifically expressed in esophageal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, renal cell carcinoma, prostate cancer, skin cancer, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and other malignant tumors, and it is involved in the proliferation, invasion, metastasis and apoptosis of tumor cells, therefore it is expected to become a new tumor marker and a new target of tumor treatment. Also, it contributes to the early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of tumors. This paper reviews the research progress of the role of lincRNA-p21 in the treatment and diagnosis of malignant tumors.
