铍室温变形过程中的孪生及织构演变 被引量:2

摘要 利用万能试验机在室温下对等静压铍材进行不同应变量的压缩试验,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术分析了铍材的孪生形成情况和织构演变。结果表明:铍在室温压缩变形时只发生{1012}拉伸孪生,在拉伸孪生的演变过程中,孪生萌生和长大过程对晶粒发生大角度转变和新织构{0001}的形成有着很大的促进作用;孪生后期对铍滑移变形的协调作用减少,单轴压缩力偶对新织构{0001}的形成也起着重要作用。 The universal testing machine was used to carry out different strain compression tests of the isostatic-pressure beryllium at room temperature.SEM and EBSD were used to analysis twinning formation and texture evolution in beryllium material. The results show that only stretching twinning {1012} of be ryllium forms during room temperature compression. During the evolution of stretched twinning,twinning formation and growth has great promotion effect on the large-angle changing of grains and the formation of new texture {0001}. However,the coordination effect is reduced on the slip deformation of beryllium dur ing the later twinning period. In addition, uniaxial compression couples also play an important role in the formation of new texture {0001}.
