半侧身体分布的线状硬斑病

Unilateral linear morphea: a case report

报告1例半侧身体分布的线状硬斑病。患者女,22岁。皮肤科检查:右侧上、下肢及躯干可见暗红色斑片,沿Blaschko线分布,边界清楚,表面光滑,部分斑片上可见萎缩及色素沉着,触之较硬。皮损组织病理检查:表皮轻度角化过度,基底层色素增加,真皮下层可见致密的透明样粗大的胶原纤维束,血管周围可见少量淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:半侧身体分布的线状硬斑病。

A case of unilateral linear morphea is reported. A 22-year-old woman presented with demarcated dark-red patches with smooth surface, distributed along the Blaschko line, on the right upper and lower extremities and the trunk. Atrophy and pigmentation could be seen on some patches. Histopathological examination revealed mild hyperkeratosis and increased basal pigment. Dense and transparent collagen fiber bundles were seen in the subdermal layer. And perivascular infiltration of lymphocytes was also evident. The diagnosis of unilateral linear morphea was made.
