Reactive dyeing of lotus root fiber

研究活性染料对藕丝纤维染色的可行性,试验结果表明:藕丝纤维可以采用活性染料进行染色,当染料质量分数3%(omf),染色温度90℃,元明粉质量浓度40g/L,纯碱质量浓度15g/L,保温时间60min时,活性染料的上染率达到57%,纤维的断裂强力为1.7cN/dtex,断裂伸长率达到5.5%,基本符合生产要求。

The feasibility and dyeing process of lotus root fiber with reactive dyes are studied. The re sults show that the lotus root fiber can be dyed with reactive dyes. When the dye concentration is 3%(omf) and dyeing at 90℃ for 60 min with anhydrous sodium sulphate 40 g/L and soda ash 15 g/L, the dyeing rate is about 57%, breaking strength of the fiber is 1.7 cN/dtex and the elongation at break reach- es 5.5%, which basically meets the production requirements.
