摘要
探讨聚酯经编面料防水整理加工的工艺条件、布面情况等对防水性能和布面色变等的影响。结果表明,布面清洁有助于提高织物的防水效果。采用防水剂FWO-980CN对车用顶棚面料进行防水整理,在防水剂FWO-980CN质量分数1.0%、160℃焙烘60s条件下,整理织物的防水性能可达100分,色变4~5级。
Effects of processing conditions and fabric surface conditions on waterproofing performance and color change of polyester warp knitted fabrics are discussed. The results show that clean surface can enhance the water proof grade, and the waterproofing agent FWO-980CN can be used to treat the roof fabrics for automobiles. When the mass fraction is 1.0% and curing at 160℃ for 60 s, the water proofing performance can reach 100 points and the color change is Grade 4~5.
