摘要
通过优化偶氮染料还原裂解液测试条件,得到更为环保的测试方法:缓冲溶液体积10mL;加人20%NaOH溶液以调整反应体系的酸碱环境;选用乙酸乙酯为萃取溶剂,以及足量的无水硫酸钠作为盐析试剂;充分振摇后,静置,取有机上清液进行仪器测试,使用仪器为GC/MS。该方法节能环保,适合推广。
By optim izing the test conditions of azo dye reduction lysate, a more environm entally friendly test method is obtained as follows: buffer solution volume is 10 mL, 20% NaOH solution is added to adjust the acid-base environment of the reaction system , ethyl acetate is selected as the extraction solvent and a sufficient amount of anhydrous sodium sulfate is used as a salting out reagent. After fully shaking, taking the organic supernatant for instrum enttesting, the upper solution is used for GC/MS analysis.This method is suitable for promotion because of eco friendly and energy saving.
