摘要
新时代背景下,推动地方应用型本科院校产教融合是扩大地方就业创业、推进产业转型升级、培育经济发展新动能的重要举措。本文将生态学中的共生理论引入产教融合研究中,通过对共生单元、共生模式和共生环境的分析,构建应用型本科院校、政府和企业的共生系统分析,探讨三者在融合发展过程中的共生关系,对地方本科院校产教融合内涵作出新的阐释,探索"新时代"地方应用型本科院校产教融合的可行性策略,并进一步提出地方应用型本科院校产教融合的发展路径。
Under the background of new era,promoting the integration of production and education in local application-oriented undergraduate colleges is an important measure to expand local employment and entrepreneurship,promote economic transformation and upgrade,and cultivate new kinetic energy for economic development.In this paper,the symbiosis theory in ecology is introduced into the study of the integration of production and education.Through the analysis of symbiotic unit,symbiotic model and symbiotic environment,the symbiotic system of application-orientedundergraduate colleges,government and enterprises is constructed to discuss the symbiotic relationship between the three parties in the process of integration and development,and the connotations of the integration of production and education in local application-oriented undergraduate colleges.It also reveals the development path of the integration of production and education in local application-oriented colleges,and puts forward the development strategies for the integration of production and education in the"new era"local application-oriented colleges.
