疼痛护理小组模式在顽固性带状疱疹后神经痛患者中的应用效果

Effects of the pain nursing group in refractory postherpetic neuralgia patients

目的探讨疼痛护理小组在顽固性带状疱疹后神经痛患者护理中的干预效果。方法2017年1月成立由科室主任、护士长、护士共10名成员组成的疼痛护理小组,实施专业性的疼痛护理措施,采用疼痛数字评价法(NRS)、威斯康星简要疼痛目录(WBPI)、休斯顿疼痛情况调查表(HPOI)、SAS及SDS比较小组成立前(2015年1月-2016年12月,对照组)和成立后(2017年1—12月,观察组)分别收治的45例带状疱疹后神经痛患者干预效果。结果干预10 d后观察组患者NRS(1.10±0.89)分、WBPI(1.21±0.80)分、SAS(41.65±6.24)分、SDS(43.30±6.18)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者HPOI评分(8.01±1.42)分,对照组(7.00±1.46)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛护理小组在顽固性带状疱疹后神经痛干预中应用能明显减轻患者疼痛,缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其疼痛控制满意率。

Objective To explore the effects of the pain nursing group in nursing care for refractory postherpetic neuralgia patients.Methods In January 2017,we established the pain nursing group comprised of 10 members including the director of department,head nurse and nurses to carry out professional pain nursing.The intervention effects were compared before(January 2015 to December 2016,the control group)and after(January to December 2017,the observation group)establishment of group with the Numerical Rating Scale(NRS),Wisconsin Brief Pain Inventory(WBPI),Houston Pain Outcome Instrument(HPOI),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)among 45 postherpetic neuralgia patients.Results Ten days after intervention,the scores of NRS,WBPI,SAS and SDS of observation group were(1.10±0.89),(1.21±0.80),(41.65±6.24)and(43.30±6.18)respectively,lower than those of control group with statistical difference(P<0.05).After intervention,there was a statistical difference in the score of HPOI of patients between observation group(8.01±1.42)and control group(7.00±1.46)(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of pain nursing group in intervention for refractory postherpetic neuralgia can obviously alleviate pain,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve satisfaction with pain control of patients.
