5岁以下室间隔缺损患儿维生素A和25-羟维生素D水平调查 被引量:1

Vitamin A and 25-hydroxyvitamin D among ventricular septal defect children under 5 years of age

摘要 目的描述室间隔缺损患儿维生素A(VA)和25-羟维生素D(25-OHD)的现状,为临床全面评估其营养状况及营养支持提供依据。方法选取2017年6—12月于南京医科大学附属儿童医院心胸外科就诊的5岁以下室间隔缺损患儿106例作为研究对象,采集研究对象的静脉血进行VA和25-OHD检测,同时收集患儿的基本信息,用SPSS 11.0软件进行分析。结果106例患儿中VA缺乏88例,占83.02%;其中临床型缺乏18例,平均水平为(0.28±0.06)μmol/L;亚临床型缺乏55例,平均水平为(0.51±0.12)μmol/L;边缘型缺乏15例,平均水平为(0.84±0.06)μmol/L;1~3岁患儿是VA缺乏的高发人群。25-OHD缺乏45例,占42.45%;其中缺乏12例,平均水平为(36.38±10.68)nmol/L,相对缺乏33例,平均水平为(65.17±6.08)nmol/L;<1岁患儿是25-OHD缺乏的高发人群。结论5岁以下室间隔缺损患儿存在严重的VA和25-OHD缺乏现象。临床医务人员评估患儿营养状况时,除了蛋白质-能量营养状况外,还要对维生素的情况进行全面性的评估,为临床治疗提供全面的依据。 Objective To describe the vitamin A(VA)and 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25-OHD)among ventricular septal defect children so as to provide a basis for comprehensively evaluating their nutritional status and nutritional support.Methods From June to December 2017,we selected 106 ventricular septal defect children under 5 years of age as subjects in department of cardiothoracic surgery,Children's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.VA and 25-OHD were tested by collecting venous blood of subjects,and basic information of children were collected.SPSS 11.0 was used to data analysis.Results Among 106 children,there were 88(83.02%)of them with a deficiency of VA including 18 cases of clinical deficiency with(0.28±0.06)μmol/L for the average level,55 cases of subclinical deficiency with(0.51±0.12)μmol/L for the average level and 15 cases of marginal deficiency with(0.84±0.06)μmol/L for the average level.Children with 1-3 years of age were the high-risk population with the deficiency of VA.There were 45 children with a deficiency of 25-OHD accounting for 42.45%including 12 cases of deficiency with(36.38±10.68)nmol/L for the average level and 33 cases of relative deficiency with(65.17±6.08)nmol/L for the average level.Children under 1 year of age were the high-risk population with the deficiency of 25-OHD.Conclusions The severe deficiency of VA and 25-OHD happens to ventricular septal defect children under 5 years of age.When evaluating the nutritional status of children,clinical medical staff should comprehensively evaluate vitamin in addition to protein energy so as to provide a comprehensive basis for clinical care.
