摘要
使用聚氨酯增韧环氧树脂体系,制作室温固化功能膜片,建立拉伸试验研究模型,研究聚氨酯增韧环氧树脂体系固化历程,提出了理想增韧效果的评价体系,对固化过程中的热历程、交联历程、分子排序以及小分子释放过程进行了详细说明,并结合增韧机理,阐述了条件诱导对增韧效果的影响。
The curing process of polyurethane toughened epoxy resin system is studied by making the cured functional film at room temperature and building the tensile test model. The evaluation system for ideal toughening effect is proposed. The thermal process, cross-linking process, molecular ordering and small molecule release process are described in detail, and the influence on the toughening effect from conditional induction was explained in combination with the toughening mechanism.
