Screening of Interface Agents for Tile Renovation

针对目前旧墙瓷砖翻新存在的问题研究了一种高性价比的解决方案,重点从乳液成膜性、涂层的耐水性、附着力及配套应用等4个方面进行研究筛选。制备出了同时满足JG/T 210-2007《建筑内外墙用底漆》、GB 24408-2009《建筑用外墙涂料中有害物质限量》、T/CNCIA 02002-2017《室内墙面及木器重涂服务及验收规程》产品和环保双标准要求的瓷砖翻新界面剂产品,已成功应用于居民住宅、办公楼等建筑外墙上,起到良好的装饰和防护作用。

In view of the existing problems in the renovation of old wall tiles, a cost-effective solution is studied. This paper focuses on four aspects: emulsion film forming, water resistance, adhesion and matching application. Ceramic tile renovation interface agent products which meet the requirements of JG/T 210-2007, GB 24408-2009, T/CNCIA 02002-2017 and the dual standards of environmental protection have been prepared. They have been successfully applied to the exterior walls of residential buildings, office buildings and other buildings, playing a good role in decoration and protection.
