黄炎培职教思想中“劳动育人”理念的发展

Exploration on the Idea of “Education through Working” in Huang Yan-pei’s Vocational Education Thought

基于黄炎培先生在多年的办学过程中提出的“劳动育人”教育理念,结合黄炎培职教思想体系,探讨了“劳动育人”教育理念的内涵与时代价值,并建议当下的高职院校应该继承并发扬“劳动育人”的教育理念,构建完整的职业教育体系。

This paper, based on Huang Yan-pei's educational idea of "education through working" put forward in the course of running a school for many years, and combined with Huang Yan-pei's vocational education ideological system, probes into the connotation and value of the educational idea of "education through working", and suggests that higher vocational colleges should inherit and carry forward the educational idea of "education through working" and construct a complete vocational education system.
