基于管理者视角的社区儿童休闲建设影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Children’s Creation Community Construction from Managers’ Perspective

从社区管理者的角度出发,采用扎根理论的研究方法,探究社区儿童休闲建设与发展的影响因素,发现社区儿童休闲建设影响因素分为社区内部因素和社区外部因素。其中,社区内部因素包括影响休闲供给的客观因素和儿童个体差异引起的主观因素两方面,社区外部影响因素是由政策、法规、资金和人员等四个方面构成的社会支持。研究结论对完善社区儿童休闲建设和保障儿童休闲权利具有参考意义。

This paper, from the perspective of community managers, using the method of grounded theory, explores the influencing factors of children's recreation community construction and development, and finds that the influencing factors of community children's leisure construction fall into internal factors and external factors. Among them, the internal factors of the community include the objective factors affecting the leisure supply and the subjective factors caused by the individual differences of children. The external factors of the community are social support consisting of four aspects:policies, regulations, funds and staff. The conclusion of the study has reference significance for improving children's leisure construction in community and protecting children's leisure rights.
