金融集聚对区域经济增长的空间溢出效应研究——基于江苏省13个地级市的数据

The Study of Spatial Spillover Effects of Financial Agglomeration on Regional Economic Growth——Based on the date of 13 cities in Jiangsu province

江苏省是我国经济较为发达的地区,也是金融业高度集聚的地区.本文选取2011-2016年江苏省地级市的面板数据,基于SDM空间杜宾模型,研究了江苏省金融集聚对经济增长的空间溢出效应.模型计量结果显示:金融集聚、金融效率、人力资本以及投资行为均对经济增长有显著的正向空间溢出效应.从溢出效应的分解来看,金融集聚区位熵和人力资本的直接效应均大于间接效应.表明区位熵和人力资本对本地区经济增长的影响程度显著大于对周边地区的影响程度,辐射以及外溢作用比较弱.金融效率、政府行为以及投资行为则恰恰相反.政府应积极出台相应的政策促进金融集聚溢出效应的发挥,积极推进不同地区之间深入沟通交流与合作.构建省内金融中心,发挥中心城市的金融辐射效应.

Jiangsu Province is an economically developed region in China, and also a highly concentrated financial industry area. This paper chooses panel data of prefecturelevel cities in Jiangsu Province from 2011 to 2016, and studies the spatial spillover effect of financial agglomeration on economic growth in Jiangsu Province based on SDM spatial Durbin model. The results show that financial agglomeration, financial efficiency, human capital and investment behavior have significant positive spatial spillover effects on economic growth. From the decomposition of spillover effect, the direct effect of financial agglomeration location entropy and human capital is greater than the indirect effect. The results show that the influence of location entropy and human capital on regional economic growth is significantly greater than that on surrounding areas, and the radiation and spillover effects are relatively weak. Financial efficiency, government behavior and investment behavior are the opposite. The government should actively promulgate relevant policies to promote the spillover effect of financial agglomeration, and actively promote in-depth communication and cooperation between different regions. As well as the construction of provincial financial centers, give play to the financial radiation effect of central cities.
