基于结构方程模型的当代大学生“双创”教育行为影响因素分析——以江西部分高校为例 被引量:4

Research on the Influence Factors upon the Education and Actions of "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" of College Students——Based on structural equation model

摘要 在我国实施创新驱动发展战略的大背景下,培养"双创"人才是十分必要的,因此对"双创"教育行为的影响因素分析具有重要的现实意义.选取江西省具一定代表性的6所高校,对大学生进行了关于"双创"教育与行为的问卷调查,获得了1100份有效数据,并运用结构方程模型,从对"双创"教育的认知程度、教育鼓励因素和阻碍因素三个方面来分析对大学生"双创"教育与行为的影响.最后针对以上分析结果,对大学生"双创"教育提出了合理化的建议. Under the background of implementation of innovation-driven development strategy in China, it is essential to cultivate "innovation and entrepreneurship" abilities. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study on the influence factors of the education and actions of "innovation and entrepreneurship". In this paper, 6 typical universities in Jiangxi Province were selected, and a questionnaire survey of "innovation and entrepreneurship" education and actions was carried out among college students. 1100 valid questionnaires were obtained and the SEM was used to analyze the effect on the education and action of students’"innovation and entrepreneurship" from 3 aspects: the awareness level, educational incentive factors and obstacle factors. In conclusion, according to the results, we raised the rationalization proposals for the "innovation and entrepreneurship" education of college students.
