摘要
承载政府基本公共服务职能和保障城市运行的城市公共服务设施在实现基本公共服务均等化、促进城市经济社会发展中具有十分重要的作用.由于各地城市化进程和城市居民公共服务需求的不一,带来不同城市公共服务设施承载力水平的不同.通过构建城市公共服务设施承载力评价体系,运用主成分和聚类分析方法对全国35个城市的公共服务设施承载力进行综合评价,发现各城市的优势和差异,为促进各城市公共服务设施的均衡配置提供决策参考.
The urban public service facilities which carry the basic public service function of the government and guarantee the operation of the city play a very important role in realizing the equalization of the basic public service and promoting the economic and social development of the city. Because of the different urbaaization process and the public service demand of urban residents, the carrying capacity level of public service facilities in different cities is different. By constructing the evaluation system of the carrying capacity of urban public service facilities and using the method of principal component and cluster analysis, this paper comprehensively evaluates the carrying capacity of public service facilities in 35 cities in China, and finds out the advantages and differences of each city.. To promote the balanced allocation of urban public service facilities to provide decision-making reference.
