基层电大国开学习网师生交互研究

Research on Teacher-student Interaction of Learning Website of the OUC in Grassroots Radio and Television University

国开学习网是目前开放教育师生使用的集教学和管理于一体的学习支持服务平台,而基层电大辅导教师则是与学生的网上学习联系最为密切的导师。通过对近3年来四川广播电视大学国开学习网网上教学质量的各项指标数据进行分析,并结合对直属学院基层教学点辅导教师及学生的问卷调查,发现基层电大师生交互主要存在着交互意愿欠缺、交互层次较浅、交互方式单一等问题。辅导教师应通过营造良好的虚拟学习社区氛围,培养辅导资源建设能力,采用多种辅导形式深化教学活动周讨论交流,及时反馈总结,增加师生实时交互,创设诗意课堂等方式,促进师生深度交互,才能使国开学习网真正成为国开学员的学习主阵地,实现其资源价值和平台价值。

Learning website of The Open University of China(OUC) is a learning support service platform that inte. grates teaching and management functions used by teachers and students of open education. Tutors in grassroots radio and television university(RTVU) are most closely related to students' online learning. By analyzing the indicators of the online teaching quality of learning website of OUC in Sichuan radio and television university in the past three years and the ques. tionnaire survey of the teachers and students in grassroots teaching point of attached college, we found that there are many problems in teacher-student interactions in Grassroots RTVU, such as lack of willingness to interact, shallow interaction lev. el, and single interaction mode, etc. Tutors should develop a good virtual learning community atmosphere, cultivate the abili. ty to build learning resources, use a variety of counseling methods to deepen the discussion and exchange in teaching activi. ties, timely feedback and summary, increase real-time interaction between teachers and students, create poetic teaching, etc., to promote the depth of teacher-student interaction. Thus, the learning website of OUC can truly become the main learning battlefield of the students and realize its resource value and platform value.
