摘要
针对社区教育存在的问题,以体验学习理论研究为基础,以社区学习主体的学习需求为出发点,突出个性化和基于能力的学习,探索基于体验学习的社区教育学习模式,为我国社区教育的发展提供一定理论依据。
Aiming at the problems existing in community education, based on Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory and the needs of each individual learner, this paper highlights the individualized and competency-based learning and ex. plores the experience-based learning model of community education, so as to provide some theoretical basis for the develop. ment of community education.
