新型职业农民是乡村振兴、农村农业经济发展和建设的参与者和主力军,加强新型职业农民素养培育是新时代农业农村现代化发展的现实需要。基于“职业人”的视角,从职业价值观引领、职业技能培养、职业道德修养方面,阐述了新时代新型职业农民素养培育的内涵所在。并从培育内容、培育对象、培育方法三方面探究了精准培育策略,认为可通过做好三链衔接、有的放矢且多元并用,实现新型职业农民的素养培育。

New-type professional farmers are the participants and main force in rural revitalization, rural agricultural economic development and construction. Strengthening the cultivation of new-type professional farmers' quality is the realis. tic need of agricultural and rural modernization development in the new era. Based on the perspective of "professional per. son", this paper expounds the connotation of cultivating new professional farmers' quality in the new era from the aspects of guiding professional values, training professional skills and professional ethics. It also explores the precise cultivation strate. gy from three aspects: cultivation content, cultivation object and cultivation method. It is believed that the quality cultivation of new-type professional farmers can be realized through three-link, targeted and multi-use.
