The author analyzed two Cham manuscripts and denied that the historical event happened in 1822. The author concluded that the exiled Champa King was Po ci bri who governed Champa in 1783 - 1786, and ci bri exiled to Cambodia in 1795 -1796, the rabbit year in Champa calendar.
