异步电动机串级调速系统控制策略的研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前传统串级调速系统多采用开环控制方式,对那些调速要求较高,防干扰能力要求好,特别是指一些大型提升机械带有冲击性负载的情况无法满足性能要求的问题,以大型异步电动机为对象,采用了将双闭环控制引入串级调速系统,利用状态空间法分析,从而得出相应的斩波器的状态空间模型以及串级调速系统的动态结构。通过对双闭环中的电流环节及速度环节的分析,确定了电流内环调节器ACR与转速外环调节器ASR的结构;并在matlab中创建了仿真模型。仿真结果表明该控制策略可以很好的提高调速系统的稳定性和精确性,具有较好节能效果,对电机的安全运行也有一定的指导意义。 Currently,due to the employment of open-loop control mode in the traditional cascade speed control system,the performance requirements could not be satisfied in terms of the high requirement of speed regulation,strong anti-interference ability,especially the cases where some large-scale lifting machinery works with impulsive load.In this study,taking the large-scale asynchronous motor as the object,the double closed-loop control was adopted,the cascade speed control system was analyzed by the state space method,and the corresponding state space model of the chopper and the dynamic structure of the cascade speed control system were accordingly obtained.The structure of ACR and ASR was determined by analyzing the current and speed links in the double closed loop,and the simulation model wasestablished in matlab.The simulation results show that the control strategy can improve the stability and accuracy of the speed control system with a better energy-saving effect,which significantly poses the guidance for the safe operation of the motor.
