摘要
在可行性研究阶段,确定码头建设规模是项目方案设计的基础、问题研究的核心。文中以孟加拉某钢铁基地的配套港口为例,通过计算其必要运费率(RFR)来进行方案比选,确定码头建设规模,从经济角度推荐合理的建设方案。
In the feasibility study stage, determining the scale of the terminal construction is the basis of the project design and the core of the feasibility study.Taking the supporting port of a steel base in Bangladesh as an example, its required freight rate(RFR) is calculated to compare the programand determine the scale of the terminal construction. Finally, a reasonable construction plan is recommended from the economic perspective.
