摘要
本文在现有燃料信息化管理平台的基础上,开发了以广义配煤掺烧技术为核心,集燃料计划、入厂、场存、堆取、配煤、掺烧、优化运行与达标排放为一体的模块化、商业化在线配煤掺烧系统软件,该软件包括配煤掺烧预测模块、燃料配煤管理模块、掺烧方案评估模块、来煤堆煤建议模块、购煤建议管理模块等,可以长期、实时地指导电厂进行科学的煤炭掺烧管理。该系统软件已经实现商业应用,可为发电企业提供科学的评估与决策平台。
On the basis of existing platform of fuel information management, a modular and commercialized software named “online coal blending and combustion system” is developed with a core of generalized coal blending and combustion technology, which includes fuel planning, induction, stock yard, stocking and reclaiming, coal blending, combustion, optimizing operation and standard emission. This system consists of five parts: prediction of coal blending, management of coal blending, scheme evaluation of coal blending, suggestion of coal piling and suggestion of coal purchase. It can regularly guide thermal power plants to blend coal in real time with a scientific management. This system has recently been commercialized, which provides a scientific platform of evaluation and decision for thermal power plants to realize energy conservation and emission reduction at fuel side.
