摘要 文章通过深入分析病险水库存在的主要问题、影响因素以及有关工程措施,探讨了小型水库除险加固设计中传统方法存在的不足,然后在此基础上构建了基于层次分析法的水库安全定量评价模型。实例表明:层次分析法综合考虑了水库安全量化指标,能够更加客观、准确的反映病险水库的运行状态,可为水库加固方案优化设计以及提升水利工程建设质量提供一定的技术支撑。 By analyzing deeply the major issues,effecting factors and relative project measure about dangerous reservoirs,the shortages of small scale reservoir danger removal and reinforcement design,existing in the traditional method,is discussed in this paper,then,based on which,the model of reservoir safety quantitative evaluation is established with the analytic hierarchy process. The case shows that: the analytic hierarchy process conducts an overall consideration for reservoir safety quantitative index,and can reflect objectively and correctively the operation state of dangerous reservoirs,which may provide a certain technical supports for the optimal design of reservoir reinforcement scheme and the promotion of water conservancy project construction quality.
