社区教育供给侧改革推进研究——基于马克思主义哲学的视阈 被引量:4

摘要 培养全面发展的人,促进劳动力的生产与再生产、推进人类的解放,这是社区教育的宗旨,也是马克思主义哲学在当今形势下促进教育改革发展的客观必然。社区教育供给侧改革价值的实现途径是促进社区教育供给侧与需求侧的矛盾统一。在马克思主义哲学视阈下推动社区教育供给侧的转型升级,需要基于社会生产视角优化社区教育供给侧的结构、基于变化发展视角建立有效的社区教育供给模式、基于社会整体视角提升社区教育供给侧的资源整合能力、基于辩证统一视角强化教育与社区的双向参与、基于人性发展视角促进社区教育根本目标的实现。 Cultivating people with all-round development,promoting the production and reproduction of the labor force and advancing the liberation of human beings is not only the purpose of community education,but also the objective necessity for Marxist philosophy to facilitate the reform and development of education under the present situation.The way to realize the value of the supply side reform of community education is to promote the unification of the contradiction between the supply side and the demand side of community education.To promote the transformation and upgrading of the supply side of community education from the perspective of Marxist philosophy,it is necessary to optimize the structure of the supply side of community education from the perspective of social production,establish the effective supply model of community education from the perspective of change and development,improve the ability to integrate resources of the supply side of community education from the overall perspective of the society,strengthen the two-way participation of education and community from the dialectical unified perspective,and promote the realization of the fundamental goal of community education from the perspective of human development.
