摘要
环状胺是一种六元含氮杂环化合物,具有体积小、合成快捷、价格低廉、脱硫效率高等特点,能有效脱除天然气中的H2S。选取TMT、HET和HPT 3种不同类型的环状胺,分析研究了脱硫剂体积分数以及添加剂对脱硫性能的影响。通过引入的硫容量计算公式得出:HET脱硫剂的脱硫效果最佳,硫容量最高可达7.733g/L;对于同一种环状胺脱硫剂,随着浓度的升高,其黏度的增大影响H2S在溶液中的扩散速率,故其硫容量的变化趋势为先上升后下降;季铵盐类添加剂和氧化胺类化合物对于HET溶液脱除H2S的硫容量均有促进作用,且氧化胺类的增强效果优于季铵盐类。
Cyclic amine is a six-membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound,which has the characteristics of small size,fast synthesis,low price and high desulfurization efficiency.It can effectively remove H2S from natural gas.The influence of volume fraction of desulfurizer and additives on desulfurization performance of three cyclic amines,TMT,HET and HPT,was studied.It is concluded according to the introduced sulphur capacity calculating formula that desulfurizer HET had the best desulphurization effect,and its maximum sulphur capacity could reach 7.733 g/L;For the same kind of cyclic amine desulfurizer,its viscosity increases with the increase of concentration,which affects the diffusion rate of H2S in solution,so the sulfur capacity of the desulfurizer increases first and then decreases with the increase of its concentration;Quaternary ammonium salt additives and oxidized amine compounds can promote the H2S removing capacity of HET solution,and the effect of oxidized amine compounds is better than that of Quaternary ammonium salts.
