摘要
为了在有限场地上合理安装脱碳和回收装置,高尚堡油气处理厂利用三维设计软件将脱碳装置和CO2回收装置进行虚拟设计布置、现场施工方案优选。利用三维软件系统模拟确定总体方案后,再分部、分项进行设计,设计过程需要再次利用三维软件系统反复推演,确定的方案由专家论证审批,以确保项目保质保量完成。结果表明,在保证生产设施正常运转前提下,大大减少了现场施工的返工情况,降低了施工成本,缩短了施工工期,得到了业主和使用单位广泛好评,为其他工程EPC施工提供了有价值的经验。
In order to install decarbonization and CO2 recovery devices reasonably on limited sites in Gaoshanbao Oil and Gas Treatment Plant,the layout of decarbonization device and CO2 recovery device was designed by using three-dimensional design software,and the site construction scheme was optimized.After the overall scheme is determined by the simulation of the three-dimensional software system,it is designed step by step and item by item.In the process of design,it is necessary to use the three-dimensional software system to deduce repeatedly,and then the designed scheme will be examined and approved by the experts to ensure the quality and quantity of the project.The application result shows that virtual design using three-dimensional design software can greatly reduce the rework rate,reduce the construction cost and shorten the construction period under the premise of ensuring the normal operation of production facilities.It is widely praised by users and provides valuable experience for EPC construction of other projects.
