摘要 原油集输流程采用开式流程,储油罐顶部呼吸阀会呼出大量烃蒸汽,可采用油罐烃蒸汽回收技术回收部分烃蒸汽。通过新建大罐气管线,利用抽气压缩机将油罐烃蒸汽回收并输送至下游伴生气回收系统,可基本实现油罐气的零排放。合理设置油罐烃蒸汽回收装置的操作参数,可防止储油罐抽瘪和过量空气吸入等事故的发生。 Open process is adopted in crude oil gathering and transportation process.A large amount of hydrocarbon vapor will be exhaled from the breathing valve on the top of the oil storage tank.A part of the hydrocarbon vapor can be recovered by hydrocarbon vapor recovery technology.By building a new large tank gas pipeline and using a pumping compressor to recover hydrocarbon vapor in the tank and transporting it to the downstream associated gas recovery system,zero discharge of the oil tank gas can be basically realized.Reasonable setting of operation parameters of hydrocarbon vapor recovery unit can prevent accidents such as tank collapse and excessive air inhalation.
