响应面优化超声提取八月瓜皮果胶工艺 被引量:5

Optimization of pectin extraction assisted by ultrasound from Akebia trifoliata pericarp by response surface methodology

摘要 超声辅助条件下,研究了八月瓜果皮中果胶提取的预处理条件,考察了 pH、超声时间、液料比、提取温度、超声功率对果胶得率和半乳糖醛酸含量的影响,采用响应面分析法对工艺进行优化。结果表明,预处理过程中,粒度 40目,灭酶所用蒸馏水体积 80mL;提取时 pH为 1.5,料液比 1∶13(g/mL),提取时间 60min,温度 65℃,超声功率150W,果胶得率可达 8.924%。提取果胶时间减少了一半,为综合利用资源及利用超声提取八月瓜果皮中果胶提供了一条可行性途径。 The extraction of pectin from Akebia trifoliata pericarp with ultrasonic was studied.The pH, ultrasonic time,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and ultrasonic power were investigated for pectin extraction rate and galactaldehyde,using response surface analysis method to optimize the process.The results showed that the optimal extraction condition were as following:in the pretreatment process,the size of the sample powder was 40 mesh,the volume of distilled water used for the enzyme was 80 mL;pH 1.5,solid-liquid ratio1 ∶13(g/mL),ultrasound time 60 min,extraction temperature 65 ℃and ultrasonic power 150 W.Under the above conditions,the extracting rate of pectin could reach 8.924%.The extraction time of pectin was reduced by half,which provided a feasible way for comprehensive utilization of resources and ultrasonic extraction of pectin in Akebia trifoliata pericarp.
